The marketing leadership team has been with the company through many changes and have always provided transparency in what they do. They are never shy to show the work put in.
Consistently working on ways to make teams more efficient. I take pride in the fact that marketing leaders have been with the company through ups, downs, and in-betweens.
The leadership team is buried in paperwork and overworked. They don’t have time to manage their teams, except criticize them over petty stuff. There is no direction, support or collaboration. You have to follow their process.
Creating a system where all departments are held to high standards. I truly believe if full transparency was provided there would be more productive talks and less complaints.

Idera has a policy where they pay you what they believe your worth not what is the market value. They compare your value with India’s pay. They don’t compare you to someone with the same years experience or knowledge. Whoever is the cheapest. Get a clue. Salaries are rising everywh
Get at least close to the industry benchmark and align salaries with growth rather than a small percentage for a large amount of new responsibilities that drive revenue.

The team is great and always wiling to help each other, even if managing completely seperate channels. Each channel is always willing and able to take on new responsibilities and cater to other department needs.
Everyone is always ready to take on new responsibilities while optimizing existing processes.
With so many cheap, under skilled and uneducated workers the meetings take forever. You have to constantly repeat yourself and explain basic information. Hire people with experience instead of the cheapest person on UpWork.
There is lots of opportunity to make an impact. Leadership values my input.
The most positive aspect of a tight-knit team is the trust and respect built over time. The team memebers always help each other with work and personal matters. No matter the situation, the genuine care and willingness to work together on achieving common goals is shown time and time again.
