The leadership team is buried in paperwork and overworked. They don’t have time to manage their teams, except criticize them over petty stuff. There is no direction, support or collaboration. You have to follow their process.
Creating a system where all departments are held to high standards. I truly believe if full transparency was provided there would be more productive talks and less complaints.
