What do you like best about the leadership team?The marketing leadership team has been with the company through many changes and have always provided transparency in what they do. They are never shy to show the work put in.
What are some of the best things about your team?The team is great and always wiling to help each other, even if managing completely seperate channels. Each channel is always willing and able to take on new responsibilities and cater to other department needs.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?They are desperate to hire people due to everyone leaving the company for better pay and culture. Hiring managers will hire you on the spot if you have half a brain.

If they have to rely solely on their current portfolio, they’ll eventually fail. Your software is only as good as you put into it.
