What do you like best about the leadership team?
awesome they are always in business
My manager is very involved in my day to day activity, he is engaged and helping me grow and our overall business grow. I am grateful to be part of this company.

They need be better at treating employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
they pay for the work we do
Currently waiting to get placements and then commission, however, at the moment, I am comfortable with my salary and benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company will not pay fairly

Nothing best in idexcel technologies Pvt Ltd
they are very productive and well organized
We talk about activity and what we are working on, when there are issues, everyone gets involved to resolve the issues.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from my home office, I enjoy the flexibility of being able to go to meetings at my own pace.

Culture needs to change and remove Lankesh

it would be challenging . the bigger roles demand bigger skills
