Equity grants tend to be worth way more than they are on paper, due to stock growth. Bonuses often pay out at more than 100%.
Generous stock plans for upper managers and bonuses that often pay out at north of 100%.
Insurance and PTO are both top of class.

Pto, training, and health and wellness benefits are great. People are smart and nice. Campus is beautiful. Technology is top notch.
Tenured employees lag significant vs their contributions to the company. Job titles are merely suggestions and often not aligned with the full scope of a high performers workload.
They could do much better by their base level employees.

Pay to retain highly skilled people, equity across the entire business. Stop inflating executive salaries and bonuses while not increasing the pay of front line workers.
Health insurance is expensive, and salary is below average. Raises are very small annually, so you must start high or else you will likely be stuck forever.
Hourly pay ahould be higher with optiins for stock purchase

Restore incentive bonuses. Make promotions based on merit, not popularity.
