The leadership team here is very approachable and willing to listen to your ideas.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is PASSIONATE. They LOVE what they do here. They come to work ready and excited for the day and are some of the most creative people I know.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. They are the best. If you work hard, come to work positive and be your best, it will pay off. Those who say otherwise, have not pushed themselves all the way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really appreciate that IFF so heavily factors in personal performance into the compensation structure. I feel that if I come to work and do my best every day, I will get the most out of my package. I feel empowered by that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can only speak to my department but I find that it is more positive than negative. No company or culture is perfect but IFF has one of the most unique cultures I have ever seen. I enjoy the challenges but mostly I love all the great things that we achieve together with a positive attitude.
