I enjoy my job. I get to dictate my own schedule and flow of my work. However, the lack of manager support makes it hard
What makes you most happy at work?
Achieving my goals, improving the efficiency of projects, interacting with my coworkers socially and working as a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The vacation day package is not up to industry trends for entry-level positions. However, pay and bonus amount is fair.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is warm, intelligent and understanding, however, most projects are individual so there is not a lot of collaboration.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company culture as a whole is positive, however, each team is different and it's difficult to say what your team environment will be.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The tour and in-person interview. The in-person interview is very long, even for an entry-level position but everyone is very friendly and appreciate honesty in your answers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
At the EC level, leadership is openminded and innovative. At a Manager level, they don't consider managerial experience or ability when picking managers. This causes difficult manager relations which affect the work environment
