Moving at this speed means fixing problems is always reactionary. The ideal state would be slower but more stable.

Leadership is taking huge strides towards modernizing IFF. There is a lot of change at IFF currently, but the trajectory is upward. It feels like you are part of something bigger
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is small with a lot of responsibility, but that lends itself to a lot of personal growth. There's no hiding, you have to know your stuff or learn it quickly.
