I dont pay much out of pocket. But then again, my pay is the lowest in the industry so if I had to pay more, I would be forced to leave the job.
Support your administrative employees. Offer at least a COLA every year. I've been a loyal employee for 12 years and have never received a raise. Not even a COLA. In the meantime the cost of living continues to grow while my paycheck shrinks. Treat your employees better.
The pay is absolutely lousy. We've been told that the pay is standard for the job/area, however I have shown my manager several times what the standard is in my area. I'm underpaid by approx 20,000.00 per year. Please reevaluate your pay structure. Employees need to make a living wage.
