I love what I do, however I believe corporate is more interested in lining their pockets instead of caring about the very folks that help get them where they are today.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was promised the world.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is too much favoritism with upper management and sales, while the support staff does not
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I dont pay much out of pocket. But then again, my pay is the lowest in the industry so if I had to pay more, I would be forced to leave the job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Support your administrative employees. Offer at least a COLA every year. I've been a loyal employee for 12 years and have never received a raise. Not even a COLA. In the meantime the cost of living continues to grow while my paycheck shrinks. Treat your employees better.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The pay is absolutely lousy. We've been told that the pay is standard for the job/area, however I have shown my manager several times what the standard is in my area. I'm underpaid by approx 20,000.00 per year. Please reevaluate your pay structure. Employees need to make a living wage.
