Please note:If the wrong input is entered, the input field will clear out. If no input is entered, modal disappears after 7 seconds of idle time and music or story will resume

Visit iHeart.com on your mobile or desktop browser.
Log into your account by clicking the three horizontal lines in the left corner of the screen on mobile or by clicking the icon of a face in the upper right hand corner of the screen on your desktop or laptop computer.
Next visit Settings
Under Subscriptions select Change Plan
Select Cancel Subscription from the menu that appears
Youll be asked to confirm your cancellation
You will see a confirmation message appear indicating when your subscription will expire.
If you signed up through iTunes or iOS App store on an iPhone or Pad: On a iPad / iPhone
Start at your Home screen.
Tap Settings here
Tap on iTunes & App Store.
Select your Apple ID at the top.
Ensure this Apple ID is the one you used to sign up for your iHeartRadio subscription.

Next, select View My Account.
Enter the password associated with your Apple ID if prompted.

On the Account Information page scroll to the Settings section.
To the right of Subscriptions, Click Manage.

If you signed up on a Roku: On your Roku
1. Press the Home button home on your Roku remote.
2. Locate and access options for a subscription channel in one of the following ways:
A. From your channel lineup
SelectHome.
Use the arrow buttons on your remote to highlight a subscription channel.
Press theStarbuttonon your remote.
B. From the Channel Store
Scroll down and selectStreaming Channels.
Browse a category or genre, or search for a subscription channel.
Press theOKbuttonon your remote.
3. Once you access options, selectManage subscriptionto view the renewal date and access additional options.
4. To unsubscribe, selectCancel subscription. Confirm by choosing to remove the channel immediately or keep it for the remainder of the subscription term.
On a desktop / laptop computer
Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone.
If prompted, sign in to your Roku account.
Click onManage your subscriptions.
When the My subscriptions page loads, you will find all your channel subscriptions that get billed by Roku, along with terms, status, and renewal date of each subscription. Subscriptions that were purchased directly from the service provider or otherwise purchased outside of the Roku Channel Store will not be listed here.

Within the iHeartRadio app tap the Your Libraryicon.
If you don't see the station you want to remove on this page, you may need to tap See All Saved Stations.
Tap the three dots to the right of the station logo.
Tap Remove Station to delete this station from your saved stations.
To delete Recently Played stations, visit theYour Librarytab. Under Recently Played find the station that youd like to remove. Click the three dots on the top right of the station logo. ClickRemove and the station will be removed from your recently played stations.
View ArticleiHeartRadio listeners on iOS mobile devices running iOS version 12 or higher can use Siri shortcuts to access iHeartRadio! You can create custom shortcuts to launch stations or podcasts. Once a Siri shortcut has been recorded, you can use Siri to launch the selected content on the iHeartRadio app.
Adding Siri Shortcuts
To create Siri shortcuts from within the iHeartRadio app:
Play a station or podcast using search or directly from Your Library.
While the player is in full-screen mode, tap the 3 dots on the station or podcast you wish to add as a shortcut.
Select Add to Siri.
You will be prompted to record a personalized phrase.
You can say the suggested prompt or record something unique. Ex: Play Z100, Play Ari Lenox Radio, etc.
Save by tapping Done.
Note: You can also add a Siri shortcut using the three dots overflow menu that appears on a station or podcast anywhere in the app.
Edit Siri Shortcuts
Tap the gear icon in the upper left-hand corner.
On this page select Siri shortcuts.
Select the shortcut you wish to edit.
Here you will have the option to re-record your shortcut phrase or to delete the shortcut.

FOLLOW A PODCAST
Tapon the desired podcast.
Anypodcasts you follow can be found under "Your Podcasts".
LISTEN OFFLINE
Tap the episode's overflow button and select Download Episode. A blue arrow will appear once the episode is available to play offline.
All of your downloaded episodes are conveniently located under "Your Podcasts"on the Podcasts tab where you can listen without needing a data connection.
Please note:The ability to take podcasts offline is only currently available for the iOS version of the iHeartRadio app, 8.8.0 or higher.

To view the Lyrics of the song you're listening to, hover over the three-dot menu button on the Music Player on the bottom of your screen and click on Lyrics **Note:this will only be visible if iHeartRadio has lyrics to this song
To view anArtist Bio, follow these steps:
Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for a specific artist
Click on the artist's name and then scroll to the bottom of their artist profile to find their Artist Bio
If the whole Artist Bio isn't showing, click on "Read more".

Managing the members in your iHeartRadio Family Plan is easy and can be done right from your settings page on iHeart.com!
All you need to do is visit iHeart.com/my/settings while logged into the Primary Family Plan. Under the Subscriptions section, you will see an area labeled Family Members.

Adding Additional Family Members
You can add up to
To add another family member to your plan simply click the '+' icon, enter the family member's email address, hitSend Inviteand you're all set! This secondary family plan member will show as pending until they accept the invite sent to the email address you have provided.
Once this invite is sent, the secondary Family Plan member will show as pending until they accept the invitation. If they cannot find their invitation in their email inbox, you can always resend the invite.
Removing Family Members
To remove a family member from your iHeartRadio Family Plan all you need to do is find the individual you would like to remove and hitRemove Member. This individual will no longer be part of your iHeartRadio Family plan.
Note:Only the individual who initially signed up for iHeartRadio's Family Plan, and is paying for the subscription can add or remove individuals from the Family Plan.

View ArticleTo access your account settings hover over your name in the top right and select Settings. If you want to edit the account settings on a mobile device go to the settings in the app.
On the Settings page on iHeartRadio.com, you can update your account password, email address (by clicking the pencil icon), subscription, sharing settings, connection to Facebook and Google accounts, genre preferences, and view your billing history if you signed up for iHeartRadio All Access or Plus.
If you're unable to login please request a password reset.

View ArticleIf you're having trouble streaming iHeartRadio on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, try these steps:
Power down your phone for 30 seconds, often this will correct most issues.
Check the App Store for the latest version of iHeartRadio. If theres an updated version of the app available, itll be listed in the Update tab of the App Store.
Check your network connection. Try streaming a video or opening a website in your phones browser. If youre not able to connect, chances are your connection is too weak to stream on iHeartRadio. Try connecting over WiFi until you change locations.
If youre still having trouble listening to iHeartRadio, try deleting and reinstalling the app. Often times a fresh installation will fix any issues.
