good coworkers, I get along with even the "don't do any work" coworkers because they're nice. I'm a good team player and work hard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
most work hard and play hard. Some just stand at the computer or look at their texts most of the shift instead of restocking and tidying. Shopkeepers who aren't aware of good workers and lazy workers should be fired.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
after the change in leadership to shopkeeper, there are fewer problem leaders with anger management and dictatorial personality problems. There are fewer snitching incidents and better trust among regular teams. Most shopkeepers at Canton aren't on the floor enough to notice the lazy coworkers.
