They're good people. Values play a huge role. We can generally communicate well.

Making a difference in my coworkers lives. Being a good manager. Affecting sales in the right way. Implementation of new ways of working.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen most of the time. Even if they can't effect change immediately, most eill taks the time to hear what the experience is and make an effort.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People generally genuinely care for each other and look out for each other. Its about what we can do together, as well as what we're accountable for alone. There's very rarely any "throwing someone under the bus."
