My salary is very fair compared to others in my region. The range of benefits is great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss is amazing! She's so supportive, driven and knowledgeable and I love working with her. The rest of the leadership team are good to work with, although it lacks diversity and sometimes there is a tendency to quickly change direction with little explanation.
