Solving problems. There are plenty to solve and plenty of interesting ways of going about them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They demonstrate our values and look after their people. Throughout the pandemic I was never worried about my job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Giving us a fund to work from home comfortably was massive. Many of my friends didn't have anything like that. I now have a comfortable chair and screen.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Honestly it was having a bit of a laugh and feeling like they were genuinely interested in getting to know me and how I work, as opposed to me trying to prove myself.
