There's never any blame, just learning, they are always trying things to make our lives better not just efficiency improvements
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Free to WFH full time if we want, even after lockdown they are rearranging the office so we can continue if we want.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Its more about the fit of the person than their technical skills, they try to put together an inclusive interview team (ie including women as much as possible etc.)
