What is the best part about your compensation package?
That it's fair. I know that it's checked against market rate and so the issue of money is never on the table.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is pulling in the same direction. There's very little politics or negativity. Our values are front and centre in the organisation and that helps shape our culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a string vision and are passionate about it. They are available, humble and listen to concerns. Despite growing to over 200 people the CEO still buys us ice creams and cuts time out of his diary to have regular tea catch-ups with anyone.
