What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team are open, approachable and supportive. They always appreciate the hard work everyone does and recognise this is what makes the company so great. They really do 'lead' by example.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sadly, due to remote working in a different country, stock options are not available and most of the benefits and perks cannot/do not apply which is a little disappointing but understandable to a degree.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work in is diverse. This brings wide ranging experience and abilities in various areas related to what we do. This gives us all plenty of support and resource to draw on when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at Immersive Labs breathes life into our three values; Drive, Agility and Inclusivity. The culture is one of positivity, can do approach but with respect for work-life balance with health and wellbeing at the centre of our culture.
