There is barely any compensation to speak of.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

We are taking care of clients that are disabled and/or dying. It can be emotionally and physically hard.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The union is awesome, but there is no direction from management and the training we are required to have isnt offered on a timely basis.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We have to ask around as to who are our coworkers and who are not, and there are no work meetings to speak of.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The state and federal gov't are constantly trying to reduce our numbers or shut us down completely. We are one of a limited number of options for the disabled to stay in their homes.
