What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?not be selfish, rude, competitive when no need to be - it is not a talent contest or singing show, it is a team effort in ensuring deliverables are delivered as a team. This isn't a solo venture
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?pay and rewards. Not being pummelled with work everyday. Not allowing other team members to not fulfill their roles and expectations and allow for rudeness to other team members because they get on with the boss.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?being honest, upfront, not being shady and dodgy, they really do play into the hands of the dodgy dealership. Being greedy in terms of what they get from team members, and constant barraging to conduct employee surveys which are not mandatory nor anonymous they can tell who has not completed them!
