On the surface everyone is trying to do the right thing, but there is a sense of not having people's backs all the time or leaning in. The values can sometimes be followed to negative consequences. Also has a huge unaddressed Diversity and Inclusion problem.

No 401k match despite good financials, no cost of living raises, and generally pays below market.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Theoretically, aligns with the values, but can be intimidating to people with non-traditional backgrounds or who are more shy.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many committees that seek consensus without making a decision. Once a decision is made, not well communicated. People don't step forward to fill the void -- they wait to be told to do something, especially in terms of social/culture.
