The company is making strides in showing employees are valued and appreciated. The company is transitioning away from the old guard and towards outsiders bringing InComm in line with modern Fintech companies.
Incomm pays below market average
Very low PTO benefits given level of experience/seniority; no bonus opportunity except of managers/directors & above. Expensive health insurance benefits.
