Indeed.com Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

YouDays - but they were scratch

Salary, RSU, open PTO, health and wellness benefits.

Great opportunity to make money.

Constantly updated benefits package annually

Benefits - insurance, pension, stocks

Great healthcare unlimited pto love it!

its all relavent to company details we shouldn't post all those matters

i guess it has to be pto

The compensation package has multiple options which is very helpful to employees. Thank you!

Review from Sales Dept

Open PTO, additional Holidays, most positions are remote eligible

Review from Operations Dept

sign-on, quarterly, and anniversary bonuses, unlimited PTO, one Friday off per month, off at 1 PM every Friday during the Summer (May-Sept).

All of it, it's great!

Review from Marketing Dept

Quarterly bonus & LTIPS & Base Salary

Review from Sales Dept

It's low cost and VERY comprehensive.

Review from Sales Dept

Generous Perks like Open PTO

Review from HR Dept

Uncapped Earning Potential and Competitive Salary

Review from Sales Dept

Insurance was good HR was disastrous though

Review from Sales Dept

Massive pay inequality exists here.

Review from Marketing Dept

Market competitive pay and bonuses.

Review from Product Dept

Compensation comes with effort. It's not the most important thing for me

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Goals are difficult to attain

RSUs are a mess given exchange rate risk.

I love working at Indeed and believe in the mission - but I really wish we were paid more comparatively and competitively.

RSU and refresher should be more

Review from Engineering Dept

Harassment and bullying are prevalent. HR is incompetent. Leadership roles are filled by the friends of C-level execs.

I feel undervalued because I have a bachelors degree and I get paid as much as people who do not have degrees

Review from Product Dept

no bonuses or annual reviews

The OTE for higher level sales reps is much lower than market value.

Review from Sales Dept

Pay is not comparable to other tech companies

Compensation is well below market

Review from Product Dept

Does not match market value for similar roles, they do not offer a straight forward comp plan in writing and pay is not equal across the same types of roles.

Review from Sales Dept

I think that there is Tech privilege at Indeed, and it is shown in the pay/equity structure
