  • In Sales, it's very hard. It's hard to move from Inside Sales to NAM. It's hard to move from Director to NAM In order to be promoted to a Team Lead (the pre-req to being a Director). on average, AE's have to interview 5+ times

  • Weird. Everyone feels the need to share they are working from home and give a reason. Simply putting it in your schedule isn't enough for some managers. Take the stigma away from WFH. Either embrace your policy or stop it.

  • Highly hypocritical. You can be yelled at and report it but if your hiring manager yelled at you then you'll be the one with a behavior issue. This is the most political org I've ever been a part of.
