Salary increase (given the high percentage of inflation in the Philippines), or maybe there should be atlwaat 100% bonus to be received at year end or mid-year (same as the domestic companies in the Philippines)

Everyone is doing their best to make the clients happy but the culture of building & strengthening camaraderie within the team was deteriorating over time. I still believe happy employees, happy clients. Pay attention to Employee Wellness too. Increase compensation package.
