What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

i hope they could improve the salary package a little bit more.

There should be some activities apart from work. There used to be some happy hour or some sort of activity in the dept but it's gone now.

I feel like I no longer have growth within the organization. There is less presence of mentorship especially from US POCs I work with. I feel like I am not learning and/ or improving. Although, at some point, I love the advantage of working independently.

Too many fire drills. Too much misalignment between departments. It makes for frustrating days. Leadership needs to get every dept aligned and moving in the same direction.

Salary increase (given the high percentage of inflation in the Philippines), or maybe there should be atlwaat 100% bonus to be received at year end or mid-year (same as the domestic companies in the Philippines)

Everyone is doing their best to make the clients happy but the culture of building & strengthening camaraderie within the team was deteriorating over time. I still believe happy employees, happy clients. Pay attention to Employee Wellness too. Increase compensation package.

Too many things going on at once without considering the realistic timeline and the normal responsibilities and deadlines of the people involved. It is great to make moves for the betterment of the process, but I just wish we are given better timeline and vision at where we're going.

the turnover is high both in the US and the PH, the PH team and the US don't seem to be working toward the same goals, company mission is about client satisfaction but there are no rewards based on that as a component

it is recommended that management will care more about employees and look after their welfare, and provide better salary and compensation packages to employees; it is also highly recommended that there would be proper workflows and trainings to enhance employee skills and capabilities
