Not relying on exit interviews for decisions about pay. Employees have left for better paying jobs, but don't want to burn bridges in case they ever want to come back so it isn't mentioned. Current employees are saying that compensation is low and not keeping up with cost of living increases.
Understanding why employees are leaving the company and figure out what needs to be fixed to retain employees
Pay close attention to the things mentioned during exit interviews and make sure to consider it in making decisions and plans regarding employee retention.

Make your employees feel valued and reward them for their loyalty to the company.
Better compensation packages and clear salary increase policies
Review from Operations Dept
I feel my compensation doesn’t fully reflect the scope of my work and impact. Regular performance-based reviews or adjustments aligned
Increased pay, a different bonus structure because the current one doesn't work. Higher 401K company match.
I feel undervalued because my current salary does not reflect the level of responsibility, experience, and contributions I bring to the team. A salary adjustment in line with my role and market standards would make me feel more fairly compensated.
Annual compensation reviews are inconsistent. Usually it extends for a couple of months and percentage of increase is insignificant.
higher salary aligned to other bpo companies
The remote environment has it's pros and cons. Connecting with co workers is a challenge
The communication between teams has improved. I think the biggest challenge is there are a lot of tasks to get done so everyone feels spread thin.
Remember we are one team and the way things sound in slack messages.

Continuing to work as a team to help the clients.
Review from Operations Dept
Sometime matching urgency in work to match impact to client deliverables
Continued global teaming across business units
Avoid long working hours and PH Holidays should be given credit as well specially if non-working
Review from Finance Dept
more empowerment between colleagues (more frequent team activities, not just about work)

Go back to the core of the company. InDinero used to be a fun work environment with work-life integration. Now, it is all about work, meeting the management's desired utilization, monitoring this and that, etc. If the culture is going to be this stale then at least pay us the industry rate.

Work on teaming new hires with good mentors.

i hope they could improve the salary package a little bit more.
There should be some activities apart from work. There used to be some happy hour or some sort of activity in the dept but it's gone now.
Review from Finance Dept
I feel like I no longer have growth within the organization. There is less presence of mentorship especially from US POCs I work with. I feel like I am not learning and/ or improving. Although, at some point, I love the advantage of working independently.
Review from Finance Dept
I think our motto somewhat shifted from employee/culture centric to revenue/customer is king. So it gets tiring and there's less incentive to be creative.

Workload especially during the busy season.
