What do you like best about the leadership team?
Decisive and focused on growing the business in a smart way
Spontaneous, active, helping, balanced, structured
Receive lots of support from management
It is rather flat and non-hierachical

They need to pay more attention to regional differences
What is the best part about your compensation package?
strong benefits, better than most competitors
education, salary, work schedule, pension plan
Bonus structure is decent and can be generous
Defined benefit pension. 6 weeks vacation
Covers all the available options so I can make the best choice that fits my needs

Real focus on getting diversity of opinions to find best candidate, and desire to find someone who is both technically capable and a good cultural fit

The people i get to work with on a daily basis
my substantive work, getting things done
colleagues, fun events, location, tools
Working with others to find practical solutions to difficult problems that give good outcomes for the company and the clients
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Outside headquarters it's much harder to get promoted, which is frustrating
