Value brought to deals is higher than compensation. Benefits are very basic and are less than other companies.

My compensation is based on quota attainment - NO ONE makes quota so my comp plan is not appropriate for the market challenges.

The Finance team takes a lot of time to resolve the tickets. Until the issue is resolved they should not close the ticket but still they repeatedly do it. There is not clarity on the deductions and arrears are also not yet paid.
