Craig Maloney is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of achieving profitable growth and creating shareholder value. He has extensive experience in the benefits and healthcare space, as well as deep domain expertise in SaaS and tech-enabled services.

Prior to joining InStride, Craig served as Executive Vice President of Benefitfocus, where he set in motion a transformational plan to return to meaningful growth by creating stronger partnerships and new distribution channels. As CEO of Maestro Health, he spearheaded another strategic turnaround which ultimately led to the sale of the company to Marpai. Craig has held other leadership positions at top companies like Hewitt Associates (Divisional CEO) and Aon / Univers (President / COO) where the focus was on growth programs and value based solutions across SaaS and tech enabled service models.

Craig earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University and is deeply committed to the servant leadership model and a relentless pursuit of stakeholder success, which he considers foundational to achievement.
