Review from Operations Dept

The pay & the 401K

Commission from dollar-one! This is key!

I believe we are fairly compensated for our work.

they review pay scale and adjust

Competitive with the industry for companies our size

Even during difficult times, such as the COVID impact on revenue, Integra has consistently supported its employees financially.

The best part of the compensation package is the benefits offered outside of health and overall compensation. Integra ensures that all employees have access to other benefits including mental and physical health benefits.

Bonus and health insurance policy

Review from Admin Dept

Good number of PTO days

Review from Finance Dept

Annual raises and bonuses are great

Review from Marketing Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes, company needs to revise territory ytd quotes . Cannot place high quota and expect sales force to meet quotas wgen mist products our on severe backorder along with FDA Recalls.

Review from Sales Dept

Compensation is below industry standard, benefits are below industry standard and success is discouraged

Due to the difficulties of hiring employees in today's market, the company is adding more responsibilities to managers without compensating fairly. It is burning people out, and leading to turnover.

They pay the absolute minimum and use raises as a control mechanism. Working harder only makes you a target for harassment from management

I just hired 4 people on my team and had tons of conversations with recruiters about the right compensation level for those roles as well as mine. I'm not underpaid enough to look elsewhere at this point but it would be nice to see some market increases across the company.

Review from Finance Dept

We should be paid like others in our categories based on the experience we bring to the organization. Additionally if you opt out of benefits, for being on your spouses, a monetary number should be given to the employee

Stock options and higher bonus payout compared to other companies. Salary is aligned with peers.

Review from Finance Dept

Thanks to the leadership team, the compensation was better than several years ago, but old employees may be underpaid.

Review from IT Dept

throughout the years the role changed but the compensation didn't.

Review from Operations Dept

Because there is a big complexity in managing everything and often you are not doing only your job but 3-4 jobs together

Review from Marketing Dept

no, I hope in the future the HR function will be potentiated and allow us to have more interactions with them. Having local HR is one of the main improvements issue.

Review from Marketing Dept

I think I can do a lot more, given work experience - I just need to get to the next level. I think everyone should be given a stake in the company.

Review from HR Dept

better thought and planning for compensation; variable comp planning is last minute and confusing

Review from Sales Dept

Internal inequity at synonymous levels/positions

I don't believe that the senior admin levels are paid competitively compared to our peer companies. Especially those that support Senior Level Mgmt

Review from Finance Dept

I don't have any stock at Integra

I feel that I'm not properly compensated for the work I do.

There are currently different benefits in different markets and it would be nice if every benefit was the same globally

Review from Marketing Dept

I am not heard and my ideas are ignored
