My direct co-workers are all excellent, hard working people. We are able to think critically about our jobs and frequently find process improvements for our roles

The best thing about our team is that we are in fact a team. Having daily a daily meeting where the different departments can hear what's going on and better give feedback or solutions is how we can grow together.

For the most part we are left alone to do our work without much micromanagement, though that has started to change lately
