Like that we have a diverse squad and that they are open to feedback from any level in the company

I love their accessibility - I've never had a problem meeting directly with anyone on the leadership team, regardless of my title.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't use our general benefits. However I'd like to see more meditation or talkspace type benefits. Anything childcare related would also be nice - my husband worked at a company that had a partnership with Bright Horizons which we used when we had to travel for work
