Regardless of the department, they're a competent, funny bunch.

I like my role in the company. I actually find it fun.

The culture is very open, you can reach out to literally anyone and voice your opinion.

They are direct and transparent enough, within reasonable limits which are to be expected due to their role and duties.

The money? Seriously, it is in-line with my perceived competence and role, and the fixed and flexible parts are well balanced.

My team is made of truly amazing and relatable people. The kind of people with whom you actually enjoy spending time.

They're transparent and they put a lot of effort into delivering non-work-related benefits that can have a positive effect on our health (phisical and mental).
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving complex problems. This may sound trivial, but it is an intangible perk that many companies fail to offer to individuals. IAS is intellectually stimulating.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team really seems to care about their employees (within the necessary limits of their role as leaders of a public company and their duties to shareholders).
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving problems for our clients, especially problems involving code. WFH is also wonderful, because I get the chance to maximize the time I spend with and for my family when I'm off the clock.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
IAS is the kind of company where you can literally open the company chat and write a line to the CEO without fears of reprisals. It's very open and doesn't aks you to be just a yes-person.
