Inclusivity, openness (willing to ask questions and walk through things), and knowledge

The learning and interactions, the potential of genuinely helping clients reach their goals

There seem to be opportunities if you put yourself out there to be involved
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think our team is very willing to participate, which is not the case everywhere

I think our l'ship team is active in the industry, making lots of impressions across the industry
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Quarterly bonus. Stocks. I do think that the healthcare is not the best, but given the other benefits, not as big of a concern
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my onboarding process, my potential salary was not brought up until I had the contract in hand and it did not leave me any room to negotiate or discuss, I felt like I had to accept it or I didn't have the job
