My experience has been really good and it keeps getting better. I love being on this side of Advertising that advocates for transparency while also having internal transparency. Consistent values and the fact that we have Lisa U as the CEO and a majority female board makes it even better!

They are all very smart hard workers and willing to help. Although it's a solo contributor role, it feels like a true team effort
