The leadership team is great at providing support, offering feedback, and recognizing employees' hard work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual compensation raises are average, but the spring bonuses & stocks are a favorite.

Appreciated that the interview panel was diverse and consisted of leadership as well as people who I would be working with on my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having the option to work from home helps a ton with work/life balance for our family. The flexible schedule allows me to attend my children's school events.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When internal promotions end up being lateral (no pay raise), it is extremely disappointing. Would improve company morale if those promoted this year received a pay raise or additional bonus. Gear health benefits towards employees spending less out of pocket & easier spending account reimbursement.
