Its positive ans supportive. I have an encouraging manager and super talented teammates. I never, ever woke up and said, "UGH. I have to work today!" I look forward to it and feel incredibly lucky to work at IAS.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most are down to earth and friendly. I really enjoy interracting with them when I able.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a vibrant group who works hard. Everyone is so talented and intelligent. The synergy and ability to support each other on initiatives is amazing. Its the best! I am lucky.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Its personal. We are in a pandemic. Just need to take a vacation but COVID is making it difficult to take a proper R&R. I can definitely take time off without a problem, though.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At one point i worked along side a person with the same title and they made $60,000 more than me. It was kept a huge secret because of how insane the gap is. I fit into a diversity bucket and felt the "D&I" messaging across the company was pure bull.
