Open and honest dialogue that is frequent (at least every 2 weeks).

My team does genuinely care about eachother as people outside of work.

Having some equity in the company ensures that I'm vested in the Company's performance.

This is a high performance work culture and those who work hard are rewarded.

Senior leaders should interact with more junior team members instead of keeping to their offices.

Very open, will respond to any inquiries. Stay close to employees through town hall meetings.

My manager provides great feedback. Although the work is fast-paced, the expectations of me are not unrealistic.

Willing to pick up work of others if needed. Collaborative and innovative when it comes to problem solving.

Care about it's people more than their individual reputations. Too much blame is placed on folks at the bottom levels.

The team is very easy to talk to. Can't wait until we are back in the office where communication will be easier.

While we are a public company, at times it can feel like a start up environment as things are fast pace and keep changing.

While working remotely, management does stay close to employees. Through fitbit competitions and other ways, there are always non-work things to talk about with co-workers.
