Waas good when i strted 4 years ago I was very proud and motivated but since Vista arrived in the game eveyrthing has changed, we also lost our CEO who was very inspiring and everything has turned to public company, even before it happened. It is a shame it has changed that much

overall experience is good but i believe it has changed too much over the past years and not the best way, too many processes, we lost in agility and we lost track on the vision too

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communicating more and better about clear goals which would inspire people, stop following DV, be more creative and differentiate IAS rather than following what others do on the market
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the goal, the directions are not clear, it seems we are only following competitors. the process are very heavy as if we were a huge company like Oracle, Adobe or Microsoft while we should still be agile give our size, the way our CEO communicates changes could largely be improved.
