I've had a great experience. I have great management, and the role I'm in allows me to interact with virtually everyone in the company. The difficulties that do arise are due to lack of clarity/transparency/ownership and accountability on various projects and initiatives internal to the company.

I feel like I am doing the best work of my career so far, having the most impact, learning the most I've ever learned and recognized for my contributions in ways that never before happened.

Having the opportunity to make an impact, day in and day out. I've been here for almost 4 years, and throughout all the change, this has remained a constant.

I would love to see more effort and pulling in the same direction – more often than the tug-of-war that seems to happen on an on-going basis of why '
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I'm having a meaningful impact, day in, day out is virtually guaranteed. There has not been a day that has gone by where I didn't have a positive contribution.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think that they are all good people. All of my interactions with the leadership team have been positive, as they are all very down to earth and willing to talk and make time.
