Coming from smaller companies I was completely shocked at how much education is encouraged here and the benefits we get. On bad days I look back at my previous jobs and realize it's not so bad now and I cheer up
What makes you most happy at work?
Accomplishing tasks or goals I set in place for me. Learning new skills is always fun as well
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem very open about what's going on in the townhalls. Communication seems to be the hardest part in big companies and they handle that pretty well
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall people seem to realize we're a big company and people are cool with taking a few extra minutes to explain things to me. I like working with nice people
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock options as bonuses and matching 401k will keep me here as long as I'm wanted. I have no plans to leave the company as long as those benefits are alive
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some coworkers are too busy and I feel like I annoy them when I ask them questions. Other coworkers seem to refuse to learn parts of their jobs and the work gets pushed back on me
