Currently the health insurance has been invaluable. Summer Friday's is also a great initiative, although more though needs to be given fro client facing teams
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The transparency within the EMEA teams is great, and the inclusion and welcomeness into groups is amazing. The Working Parent group has been a great help to me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with the team, and being able to help push the team to achieve their goals. Also, working daily with data and using this to help push forward ideas
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are supportive, knowledgable, interesting and fun to interact with. The EMEA team feels like a family, and the care we all have for each other shine through, especially during WFH
