giving the chance to give our feedback even if it has not much big impact.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Big words but not yet connected to the reality of clients needs and monitor competitors attraction. We need to wake up and reconnect to clients need and bring values to them. Not a clear direction giving career path or long term opportunities for retaining very powerful talents
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
-Annual Pay rise or promotion are given very randomly (creating lot of frustrations) , lot of expectations for just saying always we have to wait 6 more months. -Pension plan is not offered to all regions -Rewarded plan for our peers -Gym membership -Bonus is not aligned across all departments
