Increased salary given the increased cost of living across US cities. Increased tech stipend given predominantly working from home

Clear and transparent communication. They take the time to educate and explain the decisions being made at the executive level.

the flexibility that I have to manage my work and also the diversity of projects I get to work on

Being paid on par with other people who have the same job titles, we're paid about $10k than industry average

the team is easy to work with, helpful when it comes to resolving issues/working through challenges and flexible when it comes to commitments outside of work duties. I feel supported and valued.
