What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly embody "We Are One Team" in the sense that I feel welcomed and heard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We always have each other's backs. Even if things go wrong, the team never turns on each other, we are always in it together and want the team to succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
unlimited PTO and the 401K match. I also really enjoy some of the health benefits that comes at little cost to me and makes me feel more comfortable if a medical situation should arise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
With WFH, the environment really is what I make it. Being able to be part of the ergs and mentoring has helped shape my company culture in a way that I enjoy. I like being involved in the events that ergs put on, and getting to be a stronger female in IT because I'm collaborating in IASWomen's erg
