I have a team that really seems to honor and encourage work/life balance. I'm not sure that this is something that is really honored on other teams...
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think I'm just tired of working from home- getting a little bit of a groundhog day vibe. I know this can't easily be improved due to a global pandemic....I have also worked with some PM's who seem stretched quite thin. Too many asks coming from the top down, not enough support. Disfunction.
