Being able to help clients solve any issues they have and giving them a peace of mind.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's average in the market but I have not had any increments or bonuses as of yet because I've just joined the company this year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Manasa is a great leader. She constantly drives the APAC team and is always vested in our personal wellbeing. She encourages and motivates us which inspires us to improve our skills further.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very friendly in the Singapore office. The APAC TCS team, even though disconnected by not being in 1 region always checks in with each other about work and non-work matters
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though we are a global team, we always make a point to connect with each other to chat. Everyone in the TCS APAC region always shares information or knowledge readily and takes initiative to lend any member a helping hand.
