Overall my experience at IAS has been wonderful. Even though i am new, I feel as if I have been working here for awhile with how comfortable my team has made me feel. IAS is very collaborative and allows you to really mold your own path.

everything at IAS is fair and they allow you to voice your opinion on things. They want you to be heard.

Everyone has been so supportive and welcoming. If you have questions, someone is always there to answer and walk you through anything.

We do alot of things in the office to keep the moral up. As well as offer multiple different benefits to keep things positive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparing to market rate in my area, its lower. Plus end of the year increases don't really make a difference in comparison to others.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very fast response time, flexible if things came up and had to switch an interview time, and also very informative and made you feel comfortable.

I would say IAS has high quality leadership and it shows in many aspects. I have never worked for a company where everyone is super communicative and helpful and IAS is definitely that. They set you up from the very beginning with direction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like its ok that I am wearing multiple hats but I feel like I am really going out of my way to do things when I see others on my team not doing the same and getting more praise. I also feel like seeing a clear career path would be nice and its not very transparent.
