The team is young, fun and easy to learn from!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every day my manager tells our team to take mental health breaks. She sends us all IAS opportunities and we have plenty of employee assistance programs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
You interview with 5-6 different people throughout the process, one of them is always your (future) manager, a team member and then members of other teams for a holistic process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
IAS is public! They provide stock to all employees. Along with this, PTO is unlimited, which sometimes seems like a "trick" however, at IAS, they urge all employees to take 4+ weeks of PTO in one year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at IAS really cares for all of their employees. We meet with the leadership team on a biweekly basis. We take quarterly surveys and then review those results. I have been here only for a month and have already seen the leadership team make changes based on employee feedback.
