So far my time as an Intern at IAS has been wonderful. I am paid fairly, work with an awesome team, have all the support I need, but never feel micromanaged.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love having the time to work on my projects without an excessive number of meetings or interruptions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team does a great job casting a clear vision and business goals for where IAS is heading.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm just an intern, but I am paid very fairly, many internships only offer stipends but i get a liveable hourly rate.
What did you like most about the interview process?
This was just for an internship, but my technical interview was a few very simple tasks and then reviewing and discussing a personal project.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is very kind and nice to be around. Everyone is ready to help one another but everyone respects each others time and work-life balance.
