What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy going to the office every week! I look forward to interacting with my colleagues, both on my team and not. It's clear that everyone at IAS is eager to learn about each other and collaborate across channels together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is how positive and driven they are in as it relates to personal and company success. All of them really do embody that "oneTeam" mentality and you can feel it across the board. THANK YOU SLT!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment are not only positive and inclusive but extremly supportive. I have said this many times and I continue to stand by it, everyone that I have interacted with at IAS has been extremely pleasant and genuinely seem happy and invested in the company!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
oh I could go on forever about the best part of my comp package! Lets just say from the day I started I have been telling all my friends and family that they should find a place like IAS to work at! I have never been happier at an employer as cheesy as that sounds!
